Overview

Users may view all schedules for active equipment (i.e. equipment currently installed on a tag) that are due in the next 12 months. We consider a schedule to be due in next 12 months if the deferred date or the next maintenance date is in the next 12 months.

This view also shows outstanding schedules for active equipment.

Viewing Maintenance schedules

To view maintenance schedules:

1. From the Home Screen, go to Maintenance schedules.
2. Find the maintenance schedule you want to view and click on the Equipment ID of the maintenance schedule in the table.

Export Maintenance schedules

To export maintenance schedules:

1. From the Home Screen, go to Maintenance schedules.
2. From the table context menu, click Export.
3. You will now have a csv file with all the maintenance schedules output in your downloads folder on your local machine.

View Equipment on a Maintenance schedule

To view the equipment details on a maintenance schedule:

1. From the Home Screen, go to Maintenance schedules.
2. Find the maintenance schedule you want to view equipment, go to the context menu, and click View equipment.

View Tag on a Maintenance schedule

To view the tag details on a maintenance schedule:

1. From the Home Screen, go to Maintenance schedules.
2. Find the maintenance schedule you want to view tag, go to the context menu, and click View tag.

Edit Link on a Maintenance schedules

To edit the link on a maintenance schedule:

1. From the Home Screen, go to Maintenance schedules.
2. Find the maintenance schedule you want to edit a link, go to the context menu, and click Edit Links.
3. You will be able to change the following fields:
   • Last maintenance date
   • Deferred date
   • Installed date
   • Removed date
   • Comments

Delete a Maintenance schedule

To delete a maintenance schedule:

1. From the Home Screen, go to Maintenance schedules.
2. Find the maintenance schedule you want to delete, go to the context menu, and click Delete.
