Overview

This article outlines the various actions available for managing phases within the system.

Viewing a Phase

To view a phase:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. Find the phase you want to view, go to the context menu, and click View.

Creating a Phase

To create a phase:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. From the table context menu, click Create.
  3. Complete the required fields marked with *.

Edit a Phase

To edit a phase:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. Find the phase you want to edit, go to the context menu, and click Edit.

Export Phases

To export a csv file of all the phases:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. From the table context menu, click Export.
  3. Select a filename and location.
  4. You will now have a csv file with all the phases output to the location you selected.

Complete a Phase

To complete a phase:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. Find the phase you want to complete, go to the context menu, and click Complete.
  3. Under Check items select the correct option for each item. This is required for each item.
  4. Under comments add any required comments.
  5. Under upload add a file to be uploaded. This is required.
  6. Under Approvals populate the Completed by and the Completion date fields and save. These fields are required.

View Flags on a Phase

To view flags on a phase:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. Select the pack you want to view flags, go to the context menu and hover over the View Flags option.
  3. Select the flag type from the available list that you want to view.
    • Hazardous release
    • Non-conformance
    • Punch list
    • Technical query

View Packs or Tags in a Phase

To view the packs and tags in a phase:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. Find the phase you want to view packs/tags and click on the Phase name in the table or go to the context menu and click Open phase.
  3. Find the pack you want to view packs/tags and click on the Pack name in the table or go to the context menu and click Open tags.

Linking a Phase to a Document

To link a phase to a document:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. Find the phase you want to link to a document, go to the context menu, and click Link to a document.
  3. Select an existing document if it already exists and click link.
  4. Click new document and then upload a file to create a new document and save.

Archiving a Phase

To archive a phase:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. Select the pack you want to archive, go to the context menu, and click Archive.

View Archived Phases

To view archived phases:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. From the table context menu, click View archived.

Restore an Archived Phase

To restore a previously archived phase:

  1. From the Home Screen, go to Phases.
  2. From the table context menu, click View archived.
  3. Find the pack you want to restore, go to the context menu, and click Unarchive.

Hide Archived Phases

To hide archived phases:

  1. When viewing archived Phases.
  2. From the table context menu, click Hide archived.
