Highlights
Ignoring errors
We can select one or more of these errors and in bulk ignore them, or restore ignored errors.
In addition, individual errors can be ignored/restored.
To ignore/restore bulk errors, simply use the table selection tools (to choose individual errors, or all), and then use the page context menu to ignore or restore the selection. A confirmation sheet is shown to ensure the user is happy to perform the operation.
Exporting errors
We can also export errors into a CSV file - useful when we wish to provide a list of errors to be resolved.
We can either export all errors for a project (optionally providing an export name).
Or we can first filter the errors using table filters and then export (again with an optional export name).
Tag Export
When exporting tags and their attributes, there are two options:
- Export valid tags
- Export tags with errors
Export valid tags
A user should select the 'Export valid tags' option in the Tags feature. This will open a window with two dropdown lists. The first allows the user to select which tag types to export. The user should then select which attributes to export, defined for the selected tag types.
In addition, a name may be given to the upload to help identify it.
Saving configurations
In addition, a user may save a configuration of tag types and attributes for future exports. In this case, supply a configuration name and select the "Save configuration and export" option.
Once saved, the configuration may be used for future exports.
Export erroneous tags
When on the Tags page, a user can click the 'Export erroneous tags' menu option. This opens a modal with three dropdowns. The first two are the same as in the export option for valid tags - to choose the tag types of tags to export, and also that attributes to feature in the exported CSV file. The third dropdown shows all possible error types that may be generated by Validate.
Selecting one of these errors will allow tags which have that error to be exported. A user may select several error types.
As with valid tags, erroneous tag export configurations can be saved.
Tag/Source of Record matrix export
In addition to exporting tags themselves, a user may also export a matrix of all tags and the source of records they have been uploaded on. A export name may be provided. In the upload a tag being present on a source of record upload is denoted by a '1' in the matrix.
Additional changes
This release also contains various bug fixes and performance improvements.
