Assets are one of the main concepts in Validate. Assets relate to the large-scale assets that a customer has some involvement in constructing. The asset is the area of the software where the main setup is performed – this includes attributes, tag types, source of records and milestones.

Creating an asset

When on the assets page, click the ‘Create’ menu option at the top of the page, which will open the “Create new asset” form.

Archiving an asset

To archive an asset, click on the “Archive” menu option.
